Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent alleging fraudulent registration in the matter. The petitioner wants the complaint to be disposed expeditiously.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned complaint and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
