O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners on a complaint stated to have been given by the unofficial respondent No.3.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners stated to have purchased four wheeler by way of loan from the Indusland bank. When they have committed default, an arbitration was taken up and vehicle was seized. Subsequently, arbitration proceedings were completed and award was also passed exparte and challenging the same, the petitioners filed a petition before the High Court and got the award quashed.

3. A complaint stated to have been given to respondent Police by the third respondent alleging that the petitioners had taken his two-wheeler from the parking area without informing him, on which, a case has been registered against the petitioners alleging that they have committed theft of the vehicle. The grievance of the petitioners is that since the first petitioner is the owner of the two-wheeler, criminal case should not have been registered against her alleging that she has committed the theft of her own vehicle.

4. It is submitted by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the respondent Police would complete the investigation in Crime No.224 of 2023 shortly by taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the property.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
