3. The case of the petitioner is that his original date of birth is 17.04.1985. But, in his mark statement, it has been wrongly mentioned as 20.04.1985. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 05.08.2022. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, he has come up with the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2022.
5. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2022 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
