Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. The petitioner claims that his vendor succeeded in settlement proceedings as against the third respondent temple. Therefore, he wants proper mutations to be made in the relevant revenue record.
3. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate order. The second respondent will verify all the relevant records. The second respondent will call the writ petitioner as well as the third respondent temple for enquiry. If the third respondent declines to participate in the enquiry, it is open to the second respondent to proceed ex-parte in the matter and pass final order on 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.16823 OF 2023 merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
