ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for ''extension of time'' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 22.08.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Debts Recovery TribunalMadurai, vide in letter No.OA.1145/2017-DRT/MDU. Dated19.08.2023 ,in the presence of the Mr.Prithiviraj, Advocate for the petitioner this Court made the following order:

The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai sent a letter dated 19.08.2023, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of O.A.No.1145 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.08.2019. 2/4

2. Having considered the reason stated in the letter dated 19.08.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another four months time to dispose of O.A.No.1145 of 2017. Accordingly, four months time is extended as prayed for, from today to dispose of O.A.No.1145 of 2017.
