ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.08.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the complaint, dated 03.08.2022.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint.
4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 03.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
