Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11620 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10330 of 2026 P.DHANABAL , J., Heard both sides and perused the records.
2. According to the petitioner, the provision under Sections 5(l), 5(m) r/w 6 of POCSO Act and Section 351(2) of BNS has been omitted to be included in the petition.
Hence, filed this petition to include the offences.
3. Though learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police strongly objected that major offences have not been included earlier and now, after getting bail, filed this petition and also investigation is already completed, since already bail is granted to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition by including the abovesaid offence.
4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue a fresh order copy.
