This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register the FIR against the respondents 2 to 6 in the light of the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.352 of 2023 dated 08.05.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the first respondent Police, on instructions, submits that the first respondent Police have registered a case against the respondents 2 to 6 in Crime No.109 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 472 of IPC. 2/4

3. Since the purpose for filing the present petition has been fulfilled on account of filing the FIR, no further order is required to be passed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17.07.2023 NCC :
