ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had given power of attorney in favour of one Priya. The petitioner now wants to cancel the said document. It is true that a principal can always revoke the power given to the agent. But under certain circumstances, such power can even be irrevocable. I do not know under which category the case on hand falls. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner's power agent about the petitioner's proposal to cancel the power of attorney. A draft copy of the cancellation deed will be enclosed along with the notice. If within a period of three weeks, the noticee does not obtain any restraint order, The second respondent shall conclude the formalities and the cancellation deed will be registered. The second respondent will enclose this order along with the notice. The writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs. 16.08.2022 skm To 1.The District Registrar, Ramanathapuram.
