This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the 1/4

respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his business in Shop No.17 in fish market located in the Solaihall Road, Dindigul till the month of August 2023.

2.Today(12.07.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Municipality submits that they are conceding with the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and they will not disturb the petitioner till 31.08.2023.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
