Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent Police to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's tea shop, life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2021.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to give necessary police protection, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of tea shop issue between the petitioner and his son, who is the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent. Inspite of repeated summons to the petitioner, he did not appear before the enquiry officer. Due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed on 25.08.2021.
