ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to close the History Sheet opened against the petitioner in History Sheet No.182/2019, on the basis of the representation, dated 29.06.2021, lodged before the respondents herein.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is running a textile shop and false case has been foisted against him. Based upon which the history sheet has been opened without following procedure. It has been periodically extended. Based upon which representation has been sent. Since no response this petition has been filed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14849 of 2021 there are 8 cases pending against the petitioner and only because of that conduct and nature, the history sheet has been opened. But however a representation is stated to have sent and pending. 4.Let the first respondent consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.06.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders on merits.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
