2. Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
