ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.3951 of 2024, dated 26.02.2024, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3951 of 2024, dated 26.02.2024, has been complied with. In support of the said submission, he has produced a letter of the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, bearing reference No.2597/CD2/2001-17, dated 29.07.2024, in which, the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3951 of 2024, dated 26.02.2024, was complied with by issuing an adverse order against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings in the manner known to law.
