Respondent Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue application for the grant of education loan to the petitioner son K.Ajithkumar bearing account No.32501090715 in the respondent Bank by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2016 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent / Bank submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent / Bank for availing educational loan with all relevant particulars, the same shall be considered. 2.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent / Bank with all relevant documents and the respondent / Bank is directed to issue necessary application to the petitioner and after submitting the application by the petitioner with necessary documents, the respondent / Bank shall consider the application of the petitioner for availing educational loan and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

3.The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
