Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 (official respondents).
2. Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel is before this Court on behalf of writ petitioners.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, but makes a plea that the rights of the writ petitioners may please be preserved for filing an appropriate civil suit in the jurisdictional civil Court on the same cause of action.
