ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was money dispute between himself and the third respondent herein and he borrowed money on interest. The third respondent demanded exorbitant interest. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent police. Based on the above representation, the respondent police harassing him.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been undertaken in CSR.No.184 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry it was found that there is a money dispute between the parties. It appears that it is a money dispute between the parties, in which the second respondent have no role to play, hence, he may close the application by advising the parties to work out their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.
