This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal-Padal at Bagavandipatty Public Stage, in connection with the 10th year Vinayagar Chaduruthi Festival of Arulmigu Sree Selva Vinayagar Temple at Bagavandipatty, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukottai District, on 01.09.2019 at about 07.00 pm. to 12.00 a.m. based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2019.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the the cultural function Aadal-Padal at Bagavandipatty Public Stage, in connection with the 10th year Vinayagar Chaduruthi Festival of Arulmigu Sree Selva Vinayagar Temple at Bagavandipatty, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukottai District, on 01.09.2019 at about 07.00 pm. to 12.00 a.m., the petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
