Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22/01/2018 relating to grant of compensation to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.Pi4 / 15508 / 2013 dated 06/05/2014 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
