Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members and also not to interfere with the petitioner's family dispute under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members and also not to interfere with the petitioner's family dispute under the guise of enquiry.

4.In the absence of any complaint or enquiry, question of harassment may not be possible on the part of the third respondent.
