ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No. (ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2827/2023, dated 08.06.2023, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m for a period of 30 days. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition till 20.06.2023. Now she is pregnant and could not comply the condition. Hence, prays to modify the same. 3.Considering the nature of offence and reasons aforementioned, the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2827/2023, dated 08.06.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, is hereby relaxed in toto. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
