ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to grant permission for conducting fasting in front of Karuvatupettai, Periyakadaiveedhi, Aruppukottai, on 19.08.2022 between 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m with speaker systems. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation.

3.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 06.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
