O R D E R

The petitioner herein, facing investigation in Crime No.22 of 2019 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Nagercoil for the offences under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 406 and 506(ii) of IPC has approached this Court to quash the look out notice issued by the respondent police. By way of interim order, this Court dated 19.08.2019 had stayed the look out notice and thereafter it appears that the respondent police has withdrawn the look out notice. As on date, nothing survives in the writ petition. But, however now the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction, states that the petitioner herein, who got an interim stay of look out notice, obtained bail in the above case and has not complied with the bail conditions.

2. Till date, the whereabouts of the petitioner is not known. In such circumstances, it is open to the respondent police to seek for cancellation of bail and initiate the proceedings to secure him https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
