LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai, vide Judgment dated 25.06.2020 in S.C.No.153 of 2017, he has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
