ORDER

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.07.2023 before the respondents 1 to 3 requesting for surveying his land and immediately, she has filed this writ petition on 10.07.2023.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, submits that based on the 2/4

petitioner's representation, the official respondents have attempted to survey the petitioner's land, but, the adjacent land owners have raised certain objections. Therefore, they are intending to issue notice and conduct an enquiry under the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2023, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
