Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.U.MOHAMMED ASLAM, Advocate for M/S. AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7842 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8223 of 2023 on 07.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and co-accused has been granted total relaxation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7842 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8223 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
