ORDER

The petitioner has applied for grant of patta to the land in S.No.414/1415 of Alagapuri Village by application 1/4

dated 03.102022 and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner has already been considered and reject considering the fact the land in dispute is classified as Kallanguthu. More over the petitioner is a retired Army man and he is working as a Driver in Collectorate, Namakkal and the petitioner's wife is a Government Teacher and therefore they are not eligible for free agricultural land.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. No costs.
