Prayer:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for survey and demark and to fencing the property situated in S.No.966/1, 2 and 5, Ayyaloor Village, Vedachandur Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 16.10.2019 and 14.02.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Saravanakumar For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbu Nithi, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for survey and demark and to fencing the property by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 16.10.2019 and 14.02.2020.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the representations given by the petitioner's father, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.374 of 2019 and the same was closed on 15.12.2020, based on the ground that it is a civil dispute and the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no such undertaking was given by the petitioner, at the time of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14861 of 2020 4.Since it is a civil dispute, granting of police protection will not arise. So, the petitioner is directed to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
