Sathya Raksshana instead of F.Sathyanayahi in the birth certificate of the petitioner's minor Son J.S. Nickssan Sharon, registration date 29/Nov/2006, Registration Number 149/2006/01/03828 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to make changes the petitioner's father name as F.Joshan Singgh instead of F.Xavier Singh and mother name as F. Sathya Raksshana instead of F.Sathyanayahi in the birth certificate of the petitioner's minor Son.

2. The Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted an application, dated 25.06.2025 before the respondent.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 25.06.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With these directions this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
