O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to rectify the wrong entries made under UDR scheme in respect of S.No.45/7, Thannoothu Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Tuticorin District, by considering the representation dated 07.07.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
