ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.1606 of 2019 in S.C.No.255 of 2017 on the file of the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, dated 12.07.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that the trial was commenced in S.C.No.255 of 2017. P.W.1 to P.W.9 have been examined and two witnesses have also been cross-examined.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all points before the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
