Thse Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.11.2020 made in E.A.No.4 of 2018 in E.P.No.59 of 2018 and the fair and decreetal order dated 23.01.2021 made in E.P.No.59 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Case No.S.773 of 2014 on the file of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore dated 15.04.2015. .
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is settled out of the Court and therefore, the prayer in these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
