PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 11/12/2024 in OS No. 34/2012 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court Tuticorin and consequently direct the 1st Additional District Court Tuticorin to grant sufficient opportunities to this petitioner/4th defendant to transpose as plaintiffs in OS NO. 34/2012 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court Tuticorin.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore the matter was posted today(09.12.2025) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today(09.12.2025) when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, no useful purpose is going to be served in keeping this Civil Revision Petition any further.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
