: Contemnors/Respondents 2 to 6 PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Court to initiate proceedings for contempt against the respondents herein for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 30.06.2021 in W.M.P(MD)No.7466 of 2020 in W.P(MD)No.8033 of 2020 and punish the respondents for contempt.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate appropriate legal action to demolish the unauthorized constructions put-up in T.S.No. 75/1A2A and T.S.No. 75/8, Perumalpuram, Palayam Kottai, in violation of the approved plan as per their communication sent by the 6th respondent dated 17.02.2020 within the time frame stipulated by this Honourable Court and to restrain the 7th respondent, from using the said building for any other purpose, than for which approval was granted.

************* [Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISAMY, J.] When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 submitted that the fourth respondent had complied with the orders of this Court. 2.In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, since the fourth respondent had complied with the orders of this Court,the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
