Heard Mr. R.Mathava Selvam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. K.Dinesh, Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to appoint a fit person and Poojari for Arulmigu Kaliamman Temple situated at Survey No.28/1, Chokkanathanpatti Village, Kappaloor Post, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representation dated 19.03.2020 made by the Petitioner within the time limit that may be fixed by the court. 2/4

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that in furtherance to the representation dated 19.03.2020 made by the Petitioner, the Second Respondent has issued the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2830/2021/A4 dated 01.02.2023 and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner if he has further grievance from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
