ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2.The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appoint the petitioner for the post of Noon Meal Organiser by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2016.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 21.12.2015 before the respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
