This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 and 5.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to act upon petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2025 and to conduct a detailed enquiry and also evict the fifth respondent from the petitioner's property.

However, it is noticed that a suit is pending against the petitioner before the Sub Court, Padmanabapuram in O.S.No.8 of 2025 at the behest on one Ezhil Arasi Womens Club against the District Collector and the petitioner herein. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

4. It is for the petitioner to obtain a suitable orders from the aforesaid Court, which is seized off the above suit in O.S.No.8 of 2025 at the behest of the Ezhil Arasi Womens Club against the District Collector and the petitioner herein.
