Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties comprised in Survey Nos. 99/16A1 and A2, 99/16B1 and B2, situated in Kalanivasal Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's application dated 13.03.2024.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was already conducted. Survey sketch and report have been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, he has to work out their rights as per law. 2/4
