ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The Tahsildar, Ettayapuram had informed the petitioner that he should not cause any obstruction in S.No.360/14 which has been classified as sarkar poromboke. The petitioner does not appear to have any right over the said survey number. Be that as it may, the impugned memorandum is not in the nature of an enforceable order. It is more a communication of an information. Hence, it is not amenable to judicial challenge. It is open to the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.
2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P. J.,) 24.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 2/4
