Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in P.D.No.80 of 2020, dated 17.11.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the body or person of Mr.Durai, S/o.Chinnathambi, aged 57 years, confined in Central Jail, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.
