This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2308 of 2022, dated 03.08.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2308 of 2022, dated 03.08.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, T-9, Pattabiram Police Station, Pattabiram, Chennai-72, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul, shall remain unaltered.
