Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to grant permission / Licenses for erecting Digital Advertisement Board at 2nd Floor, Lourdes Shrine Complex, K.Pudur, Madurai District on the application made by the petitioner on 16.12.2024 by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents without expressing any opinion on merits.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application dated 16.12.2024 and representation dated 10.06.2025 will be considered and disposed on merits.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 16.12.2024 and representation, dated 10.06.2025 and to dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today preferably as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
