ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that even after the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, issued in 1/3
Cr.M.P.No.8305 of 2023, dated 02.02.2024, his complaint has not been acted upon by the respondent Police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that as per the direction of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, in Cr.M.P.No.8305 of 2023, dated 02.02.2024, the respondent Police has conducted an enquiry and also registered a case in Crime No.96 of 2024 for the offence under Section 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, on 30.07.2024.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
