ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Hon'ble Division Bench had directed the Tahsildar, Kodaikanal, to pass final order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the Tahsildar passed an order on 09.06.2021. It is stated that, aggrieved by the same, the encroacher filed a writ petition, which was followed by an appeal before the Commissioner of Land administration. The matter is presently pending on the file of the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chepauk, Chennai.
