COMMON ORDER The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.1782, 1783 and 1784 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD)Nos.106, 107 and 108 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is not in dispute that this Court passed a common order dated 07.02.2025 directing the petitioner / appellant to deposit 50% of award amount with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.108, 109 and 110 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said order was not brought to the notice of the insurance company enabling them to deposit the amount as directed by this Court and hence, they were not in a position to comply 3/4

with the directions of this Court and that therefore the above petitions came to be filed seeking extension of time.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that 14 months have lapsed since the direction issued by this Court for depositing the amount, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is to be directed to deposit the entire award amount. Accordingly, time is extended and the petitioner is directed to deposit the entire award amount together with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.108, 109 and 110 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit, interim order dated 07.02.2025 shall stand revived.

6. In the result, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. 16-04-2026 CSM Note : Issue order copy on 20.04.2026 To 1.The Principal District Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ramanathapuram.
