Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the name of the fifth respondent from Online Patta No. 3972, S.F.No.42/1C2, and to declare the transaction based on the Online Patta No.3972, dated 14.08.2023, as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant patta to the petitioner for the entire 1.82 Acres of Land based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2024. ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the fourth respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.All that the petitioner wants is to consider the petition mentioned representation.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put all the interested persons including the private respondent herein on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
