ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Nagercoil to dispose the case in I.D.O.P.No.960 of 2023 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner filed a case in I.D.O.P.No.960 of 2023 seeking decree of divorce as against the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition filed for divorce is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the case in I.D.O.P.No.960 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
