2.The petitioner was working as Post Graduate Assistant Teacher in Government Higher Secondary School, Annavasal. He reached the age of superannuation on 30.06.2022. The petitioner's case is that he is fully eligible to be re-appointed till the end of the academic year by virtue of G.O.(Ms) No.115 dated 28.06.2022. I therefore direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation for re-appointment and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
