Challenging the notice dated 17.01.2016 issued under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and for a consequential direction to forbear the 1st respondent from in any manner proceeding with the dispute with regard to the sale agreement dated 02.02.2015, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader for the 1st respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the SIPCOT Police have conducted an enquiry on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent/Soundaravadivel and has closed the same for want of territorial jurisdiction.
