ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner for granting promotion to the post of Executive Officer Grade-II, on the basis of the seniority list issued by the 2nd respondent, vide Na.Ka.No.1566/2018/Aa7, dated 07.03.2019.

2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that with the relief sought for in the prayer, though she has made a representation, dated 02.11.2020, to the respondents, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition.
4.In reply, Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2020 will be disposed of by the 3rd respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2020 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
